Shipping and Refund Policy


Order Processing:

Upon successful completion of order placement, it will take 1-2 business days to ship the products.


All orders are subjected to Economy/Express shipping standards offered by different reliable carriers. Nutrameltz use multiple carrier services for shipping the orders depending on the geographical location of delivery.

Once the Order is shipped a confirmation email with tracking number will be send to the registered email address.

With in Canada, a shipping fee of 8.99 CAD will be charged for orders less then 35.00 CAD.

Outside Canada, a shipping fee of 24.99 CAD will be charged for orders less than 99.00 CAD. The shipping fee is exclusive of any import taxes, customs and duties.

Remote locations in certain provinces like Prince Edward Island, Nunavut, Yukon, Quebec and other Northwest Territories may have additional Shipping Charge.


All returns will be processed with an exception to usage of the product. Return request must be placed with in 15 days after receiving the order


In order to return your item, please email customer service at with details of your return (Order number, item, Qty and reason for return). Once the request is received, a prepaid shipping label will be provided to you to facilitate the return. You may use the same shipping carton to return your product.

Returns will be subjected to evaluation and handled as a case-by-case basis by our customer service team. There is no guarantee all the returns will be refunded unless if it is product related issue.


After receiving the return item and upon successful inspection of your item, refund process will be initiated. Please allow us 10 business days from the receipt of your item to process the refund that will reflect on your Credit Card and/or bank statement.


Order cancellation can be made any time before shipping the product. In order to cancel the order after receiving the shipping confirmation please contact our customer service team at to assist in return upon delivery.
